500g - Salted Tofu
3 pcs - Fried tofu
5 pcs - Crushed Peanut
100g - Shallot
10g - Lemongrass
25g - Cili boh
30g - Corn flour
3 tsp - Sugar
4 tsp - Chicken stock
1 tsp - Cooking oil
3 tsp - Water
300ml
Instructions
1. Blanch mee kuning at 1 minute
2. Fried salted tofu and cutting as cube
3. Cutting the fried tofu also cube
4. Blend for shallot, lemongrass and stir fry
5. Put cili boh and let it oil breaking
6. Put the water crushed peanut, corn flour, sugar and chicken stock
7. Let it simmering at 6 minute
8. Serve tofu and mee kuning and the gravy.
